The inaugural Meeniyan Garlic Festival was held on 18 Feb 2017. We had the unusual challenge to churn garlic ice cream especially for the event! We used Mirboo Farm smoked garlic in a fior di latte base. Who new it would be such a hit?! 50 litres selling out in a couple of hours…! We’re looking forward to next year’s festival already!
